Terms & Conditions

1. Website Creation Parameters

Grafiman will create a custom-designed, fully functional website as described in the Website Parameters. Unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in a written contract, all websites and e-commerce platforms are built using the WordPress CMS and WooCommerce framework by default. Requests for custom coding languages or alternative CMS platforms are subject to separate evaluation and pricing. Changes requested by the client beyond the agreed parameters may incur additional costs.

2. Content Provided by Client

The client is responsible for providing all necessary content (text, images, logos) unless otherwise agreed. Grafiman is not responsible for any copyright violations regarding content provided by the client.

3. Payment Terms

A deposit is required before any work begins. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the project and before the final website is launched or files are transferred.

4. Cancellation Policy

If the client cancels the project after work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. Grafiman reserves the right to charge for any additional work completed beyond the deposit amount.

5. Maintenance and Support

Post-launch maintenance and technical support are not included in the initial design cost unless specified in the agreement. Separate maintenance packages are available.
